Do we have any late customers we should follow up with?

Intro / Purpose
• We need a dashboard to better understand our wholesale customer ordering patterns
• Need to be able to see what customers are late so we can follow up with them
• Important to understand the late customers’ trends and recent orders

Data Used
• Datasource: Consolidated demand
• Key Fields: Date, Customer, Customer Type, Product, Product Group, Sales

• Listing of customers grouped by how long since their last order compared to their average
• Detailed info on highlighted customer
• Weekly ordering patterns for highlighted customer
• Detail on last 3 orders for highlighted customer

• Highlight specific customer

Sample Questions Answered
• What customer should we expect to order in the near future and who is late?
• For a late customer, what has their ordering trend looked like? Are they seasonal?
• For a late customer, what have they recently ordered? Can we use some of that info to resell better to them?
