Intro / Purpose
• We need a single dashboard to show sales and margin performance by individual customer
• Need to be able to see detail by Wine and Wine Group
• Important to see monthly results but also yearly trend

Data Used
• Datasource: Sales Transactions
• Key Fields: Date, Wine, Wine Group, Customer, Sales Region, Sales $ Amt, Cost $ Amt

• Monthly and year to date running total sales and margin performance to prior year
• Detail by Wine and Wine Group on sales and margin performance
• Diagnosis of Recency, Frequency, Volume, Profitability with recommendation

• Filter by Customer

Sample Questions Answered
• How are we doing with this customer compared to last year? How profitable are they?
• Are there any Wines or Wine Groups that are doing especially good or bad? Why?
• As we go through the year, are we doing better or worse with this customer? What can we do to improve?
