Intro / Purpose
• We need a dashboard to better understand our customer survey results
• Need to be able to break down by category and question to compare against each other; see where we can improve
• Important to highlight current levels but also see trends

Data Used
• Datasource: Customer Survey
• Key Fields: Date, Category, Question, Score

Topics
• High level metrics on respondent, score, and change from previous survey
• Summary by category with trending and % change from previous survey
• Individual survey question score with trending and % change from previous survey

Features
• Filter on timeframe

Sample Questions Answered
• How many people responded and what is our current customer survey score?
• How do we break down by category? Have we seen any big changes?
• How do we score by individual question? What has changed from the previous survey?
