Intro / Purpose
• We need a dashboard to better understand our employee survey results by department
• Need to be able to break down by category and question to compare against each other; see how each department responded
• Important to highlight current levels but also see trends

Data Used
• Datasource: Employee Survey
• Key Fields: Date, Category, Question, Score, Department

Topics
• High level score by department and change from previous
• Department summary by category with trending and % change from previous survey
• Department individual survey question score with trending and % change from previous survey

Features
• Filter on timeframe

Sample Questions Answered
• How many people responded in each department and what is our current employee survey score?
• How do we break down by category for each department? Have we seen any big changes?
• How do we score by individual question for each department? What has changed from the previous survey?
