Intro / Purpose
• We need a dashboard to better understand our team metrics and demographics
• Need to be able to break down by department to compare against each other
• Important to highlight current levels but also see longer term trends

Data Used
• Datasource: Monthly Headcount
• Key Fields: Date, Dept, Actual HC, Planned HC, New to Team, Left Team, Demographics

• High level team metrics and demographics
• Highlight actual headcount trend, average tenure, employee ‘churn’ and open positions
• Break down metrics by department

• Filter on timeframe

Sample Questions Answered
• What has our recent headcount looked like? How many open positions have we had?
• What is the volume of adding new people and those leaving the company?
• Do the metrics for any department stand out from the rest?
• How diverse is our team?
