How well do we 'upsell' to our customers?

Intro / Purpose
• We need a way to monitor our different types or orders to see how successful we are with upselling
• Need to be able to see each type of order and the volume, Sales $, and avg tab $ of each
• Important to see current total but also trends over time

Data Used
• Datasource: Order Profile
• Key Fields: Date, Product, Tab, Sales, Qty

• High level metrics on tab volume, sales, avg tab $, multi category %, to go %
• Breakdown of each order type with sales, volume, and avg tab $
• Categorization of orders into ‘single’ or ‘multi’ category and ‘to go’ groups
• Trending of each over time

• Filter on timeframe and location

Sample Questions Answered
• What is our avg tab $ and how is that changing over time?
• What type of order do we sell the most of and what is our avg tab price of each?
• How well are we doing upselling to multi-category or to-go orders? How can we do better?
