Intro / Purpose
• We need a single dashboard to show high level sales and margin performance
• Need to be able to review by Sales Region and Wine Group and easy to deep dive to Wine and Customer
• Important to see monthly results but also yearly trend

Data Used
• Datasource: Sales Transactions
• Key Fields: Date, Wine, Wine Group, Customer, Sales Region, Sales $ Amt, Cost $ Amt

Topics
• Monthly and year to date running total sales and margin performance to prior year
• Detail by Sales Region or Wine Group on sales and margin performance
• Plot of top customer sales vs margin %

Features
• Filter by Wine Group, Sales Region, Month
• Quick access to lower level analysis

Sample Questions Answered
• In total, how are we doing compared to last year?
• Are there any Wine Groups or Sales Regions that are doing especially good or bad? Why?
• As we go through the year, are we getting further above or below last year’s levels?
• Are there any customer that stand out good or bad? Why?
