Intro / Purpose
• We need a way to see how our actual sales are performing to our quota
• Need to be able to review by Sales Region and Wine Group
• Important to see monthly results but also yearly trend

Data Used
• Datasource: Sales Transactions, Monthly Quota
• Key Fields: Date, Wine Group, Sales Region, Sales $ Amt, Quota $ Amt

• Total monthly and year to date running total sales vs quota
• Detail by Sales Region or Wine Group on performance to quota

• Filter by Wine Group, Sales Region, Month

Sample Questions Answered
• In total, how are we doing compared to our quota?
• Are there any Wine Group or Sales Regions that are doing especially bad? Why?
• As we go through the year, are we getting closer or further away from hitting our yearly goal?
