Intro / Purpose
• We need a dashboard to better understand our Taproom volume
• Need to be able to see what beers people are ordering, what form we are selling them, what times of the day are busiest, how many new or returning customers we have, and how much each employee sold
• Important to highlight yesterday’s data but also see recent trends

Data Used
• Datasource: Taproom Sales Transactions
• Key Fields: Date, Time, Employee, Beer, Customer, Container, Sales, Margin, Volume

Topics
• Yesterday’s performance across standard Taproom Metrics
• 90 demand trend for Taproom
• Beer breakdown with sales, customers, margin %, and transactions
• Hour breakdown with sales, customers, margin %, and transactions
• Employee breakdown with sales, customers, margin %, and transactions
• New/Returning customer breakdown with sales, customers, margin %, and transactions
• Container (draft, 4-pack, crowler, etc) breakdown with sales, customers, margin %, and transactions

Features
• Filter based on any category

Sample Questions Answered
• In general, how did we do yesterday in taproom? Were we busy or was it slow?
• What beers did we sell? Was that mix similar to recent history or did something stand out?
• Did anything else stand out that we should investigate more: Were we especially busy any hours during the day? Get hit with more new customers than normal? Sell an unusual number or crowlers? Etc
