Intro / Purpose
• We need to monitor the volume/traffic in our tasting room so we can stock and staff appropriately
• We want to understand if certain months or days of the week drive the majority of our volume

Data Used
• Datasource: Sales Transactions
• Key Fields: Date, Volume Count, Sales $ Amount

• Top 3 busiest weekdays and months
• Top 10 individual busiest days
• Average volume of each weekday per month with highest/lowest detailed
• Calendar view that shows individual days

• Filter by year

Sample Questions Answered
• What days of the week are we most/least busy so we can plan accordingly?
• When is our busy season and what are the slow months?
• What were the busiest days last year? Any specific reason why we should expect them to repeat?
• Are holidays generally more or less busy than non-holidays?
