CCA will do whatever is possible to make the solution work, or your money back!

At CCA, we stand behind both the quality of our work and the positive impact it will have on your business. If you are not fully satisfied, we'll take these additional steps:

  • Modify Original Solution: Oftentimes, a small tweak can fix an issue with underlying data or make the analytics more useful 
  • Try Another Solution: Maybe we didn't start with the right analytics topic, lets try a different one to see if that will help gain momentum
  • Refund Money: If we can't resolve through modification or another solution, we'll refund the payment within the first 45 days of initial deployment
