This End-User License Agreement governs your access to the integration software and analytics services provided by Central Coast Analytics, LLC, a brewery and beverage analytics consultancy based in Paso Robles, California, founded by Jeremy Carney.

 

Scope

The specific deliverables, fees, and timeline of your engagement are governed by your Statement of Work. This Agreement covers your use of any integrations, dashboards, reports, alerts, or other software-related artifacts produced under that engagement.

 

License grant

Subject to your Statement of Work, Central Coast Analytics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the analytics deliverables produced under your engagement for your internal business purposes for the duration of the engagement.

 

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete authorization to data sources, including QuickBooks Online and any other systems referenced in your Statement of Work

• Maintain administrative responsibility for your own business systems

• Use the deliverables only for internal business purposes

 

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. Central Coast Analytics treats all client data as confidential and accesses it only for the purposes described in your Statement of Work and our Privacy Policy.

 

Disclaimers

Analytics deliverables are provided in good faith and based on the data you authorize us to access. Central Coast Analytics is not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete source data, for downstream business decisions made based on the deliverables, or for third-party services and integrations outside our control (such as QuickBooks Online or Tableau Cloud).

 

Limitation of liability

The total liability of Central Coast Analytics under this Agreement is limited to fees paid under the relevant Statement of Work in the 12 months preceding the claim.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement per the terms of the Statement of Work. Upon termination, the license granted under this Agreement ends, and you may request data export or deletion per our Privacy Policy.
