How Central Coast Analytics connects to your
QuickBooks data.
Central Coast Analytics is a brewery and beverage analytics consultancy. We work with brewery and beverage clients to bring their data together (POS, ERP, distributor depletions, accounting) into a single analytics layer they can act on. This page covers the QuickBooks Online side of that work.
If your CCA engagement includes financial analytics, the integration pulls authorized data from your QuickBooks Online file into our analytics infrastructure to power the dashboards, alerts, and reports you've contracted us to build.
What we do with the data

Read financial data through Intuit's official QuickBooks Online API, with permissions you explicitly grant

Combine that data with your other authorized business systems

Build the dashboards, alerts, and reports defined in your Statement of Work
What we don't do

Sell or share your data with anyone outside your CCA engagement

Write to your QuickBooks file (read access only)

Use your data for any purpose outside the agreed scope
Where your data lives
QuickBooks data is pulled on a scheduled basis into a secure analytics warehouse. Data is encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the Central Coast Analytics personnel working on your engagement.
Need to disconnect?
You can disconnect Central Coast Analytics from your QuickBooks Online file at any time. In QuickBooks Online, go to Settings, Apps, Connected apps, find Central Coast Analytics, and click Disconnect. Once disconnected, we stop pulling new data immediately. Reach out if you'd like to reconnect or discuss removing previously pulled data from our warehouse.
