Effective date: 2026-05-29

Central Coast Analytics is a brewery and beverage analytics consultancy. This Privacy Policy describes the data we access through our integrations with our clients' business systems, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Who we are

Central Coast Analytics, LLC is a brewery and beverage analytics consultancy based in Paso Robles, California, founded by Jeremy Carney. We provide data analytics services to brewery and beverage clients under written Statements of Work.

What data we access

With your explicit authorization through our Statement of Work and integration consent flows, we may access:

  • Financial data from QuickBooks Online (invoices, customers, vendors, accounts, transactions, and related records)

  • Operational data from your ERP and point-of-sale systems (Ekos, Square, Toast, Shopify, and similar)

  • Distributor depletion and inventory data from your authorized sources

  • Reference data you maintain in shared documents (Google Drive, spreadsheets)

How we use your data

We use the data only to deliver the analytics services described in your Statement of Work. Specifically:

  • Building and maintaining the dashboards, reports, and alerts you've contracted us to deliver

  • Investigating data quality issues and reconciling across sources

  • Supporting your team through training, ad hoc analysis, and ongoing engagement

We do not sell your data, share it with any third party outside your engagement, or use it for any purpose outside the agreed scope.

Where your data is stored

We store data in a managed analytics warehouse (Supabase Postgres) hosted in the United States. Data is encrypted at rest. Access is limited to Central Coast Analytics personnel working on your engagement.

We do not transmit your data to systems outside our analytics infrastructure, except to the visualization tools (such as Tableau Cloud) that you specifically use as part of your engagement.

How long we keep your data

We retain your data for the duration of your engagement plus a reasonable archival window for continuity. On termination, you may request data deletion, and we will confirm completion in writing.

Your rights

You can disconnect any authorized data integration at any time directly through your source system (for example, disconnect via QuickBooks Online Apps settings). You can also request data export or deletion by contacting us.
